For over a decade, country star Margo Price has thrilled audiences with her blend of Americana, rock and classic country. Anyone not a fan of the poppy Nashville sound might make an exception for Margo because, despite being in the genre, she continues the tradition of the greats like Loretta Lynn, Waylon Jennings, and Dolly Parton. After all, Jack White put out her debut solo album Midwest Farmer’s Daughter (2016) on his Third Man Records label and if there’s one thing White knows, it’s good music. Her new album, Days of Unrest, continues to find her exploring and expanding her sound with some South-of-the-Border-style tracks mixed in with the honky tonk ‘n twang.
