It takes a big act to fill the Shoreline Amphitheatre. In this case, it takes two Grammy Award winning R&B artists, who promise to play all of their hits of the 2000’s. Akon will be busting out tunes like “Smack That” (his collab with Eminem), on his and Ne-Yo’s, Nights Like This Tour. Ne-Yo and Akon are playing over 40 songs a show, which is a hefty number. Ne-Yo’s “So Sick,” was called by Rolling Stone one of the best R&B songs of the 21st Century. The tour is top tier talent, focused on their collaborative catalogue. But there’s always the chance of a special guest and E-40 is right around the corner.
