The second annual First City Festival, featuring Beck, Phantogram, The National and many more, was held in Monterey over the weekend. Music, food, beer and a full carnival kept the party going for two days straight, on the very same hallowed fairgrounds where the Monterey Pop Festival kickstarted the Summer of Love back in 1967.
