After being a part of the French hip hop scene, performing and writing beats as Cutee B (and/or Q-Tee), Frédéric Poulet fell in love with Chicago house, blending it with soul and rap. Now performing as Shinba San, Poulet’s music is funky and infectious, keeping the dancefloor bouncing all night long throughout his sets. What makes it particularly fun is the distinctly French je ne sais pas flavor he sprinkles throughout his sound, adding rich layers like a ratatouille for the ears.
