Launched in Los Angeles in 2013, Cannons is a trio specializing in indie, dream and electropop. Vocalist Michelle Joy is joined by guitarist Ryan Clapham and Paul Davis on keyboards and bass. After getting started with two EPs and the 2017 self-released album Night Drive, Cannons was signed by Columbia Records. That major label would release the band’s next four releases, including their latest, 2026’s Everything Glows. To date, the group has landed four singles on the Top 40 of both the AAA and Alternative charts. 2019’s No. 1 hit “Fire for You” is their biggest to date.
