This weekend real punk rock is alive and grinding in the most appropriate of places, a skate park. Oh, and it’s totally @#$%&*in’ free! It don’t get much more punk than that. This two-band set features headliners The Hellflowers and openers Knights of Molino. Hailing from Los Angeles, The Hellflowers bring a Southern California punk-meets-Blondie sound with a touch of surf rock vibe, while Mill Valley’s Knights of Molino bring a hardcore skate punk edge. And, the Knights of Molino are still in middle school. Free show at a skate park with a local teen band? Maybe the kids are alright after all.
