We can’t tell if you are immature, obtuse, oblivious, clumsy, mean or just flat-out insensitive. Yes, you, we’re talking to you, the people at workplaces everywhere who loudly plan and discuss their after-work activities without regard to the feelings of those not included in their little soirees. Yes, you are overheard. Yes, most “others” would rather not participate. But there will always be at least a few whose feelings are hurt when they hear about activities to which they are not included. We hope Santa put clues in your stockings.
